Insurance
We are an out-of-network practice, which means we do not take insurance. We can provide a superbill at the end of each month that you can submit for reimbursement. I highly encourage you to speak directly to your insurance provider to inquire about reimbursement options.
Payment
Payment is collected in full at the beginning of each session. Modes of payment include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover.
Cancellation Policy
A 24-hour notice is required to cancel and/or reschedule an appointment. If you do not show for your scheduled appointment and have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be charged the full fee of the session.
Good Faith Estimate
Under law, health care providers (including therapists) are required to provide a “Good Faith Estimate,” explaining the anticipated overall costs for health care services. You may ask us for a “Good Faith Estimate” prior to scheduling a service. For more information, please visit cms.org.
